All payments are made securely through PayPal.
We are not VAT payers.
Shipping
Order are usually dispatched within 72 hours. You will be notified when your order has been shipped with a tracking number when possible.
For European orders, delivery time is normally 10-21 days depending on service and your location.
For US and other Worldwide orders delivery time is normally 14-28 days depending on service and your location.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost for the item in your cart will be automatically displayed when you update your cart and add your location.
European customers within EU: The maximum shipping cost for EU - customers is 9 USD and is free on orders over 100USD.
Worldwide customers and Non-EU customers: The maximum shipping cost for EU - customers is 9 USD and is free on orders over 100USD.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We will transfer the address info from your PayPal account when preparing your order. If you want to use another address please create an account with us or notify us by email.
 
Warranty
We only ship products in mint condition wraped in bubble foil and we use carton  boxes. Products are very brittle however and can easily be damaged by rough handling. Should you order arrive in bad condition please contact us and we’ll work something out.

Returns
We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or if we have sent you the wrong product. Please review your order before paying. Mistakes happen however, and we will always listen to what you have to say.
 
Money back
We will refund your money if you cancel or change your order before we have shipped it or if your product gets lost or severely damaged during delivery.
